The Inês de Castro Competition collects from the history of D. Pedro and D. Inês their permanent and unifying basis, and the 10th edition is dedicated to one of its dimensions: LOVE.
The contest is aimed at students in the 3rd cycle of Basic Education and Secondary Education who become acquainted with the history of the relationship between D. Pedro and D. Inês de Castro and carry out, from the mapping of historical and geographical places as well as well as of its social, political, economic, literary and affective contexts, a performative work directly or indirectly related to the loves of Pedro and Inês.
